Zumba® Fitness is a Latin-inspired fitness workout that uses music and easy-to-follow choreographed steps for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. Workouts also feature music and dance moves from various genres, including: jazz, African beats, country, hip-hop, and pop. It’s exercise in disguise that keeps you fit and in rhythm!
This 30-minute fitness class introduces participants to foundational techniques and poses to improve balance, stability, and core muscle strength.
